Highland Meadows is a beautiful acreage community in growing Prosper, Texas. If you are looking for land of at least one-acre, Highland Meadows is what you are looking for. The houses are fairly new (built after 2001-02) and mostly by Custom Builder Dave R. Williams.

Highland Meadows is located just south of FM 1461 off SH 289 (Preston Road). The homes have typical traditional brick and stone elevation, some with front porches and lots of trees. The homeowners take ride in their lush landscapes.

Homes are typically over 3,000 square feet with deep backyards. The houses have up-to-date features: media or gameroom, large kitchen with island, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, beautiful backsplashes and most family rooms overlook the beautiful large backyards.

Highland Meadows have a low Homeowner Association dues. At the time of this print (August 2007), it is approximately $250 per year and the HOA dues cover the maintenance of the community areas and management fees.
