Plantation Resort in Frisco Texas

Plantation Resort is a very large community in the Frisco area. There are basically three sections of Plantation Resort. Plantation Resort 1 and 2 and another section of Plantation Resort Lake Brook Farms. Plantation Resort occupies Hillcrest to Coit Road (from West to East) and north of Lebanon to College Parkway.

Plantation Resort offers a large variety of ammenties for its residents: swimming pool, variety of Homeowners Association activities and even a public golf course namely Plantation Golf Club. Plantation Golf Club is an 18-hole facility over 125 acres feature 419 Champions Bermuda grass fairways and roughs, 20 sand bunkers and 9 ponds. Plantation Golf offers affordable daily green fees. It also offers annual memberships to unlimited golf games for the year. Many golfers are tremendously happy with what Plantation Golf has to offer. As you can tell, homes along the golf course views do not stay on the market very long.

Smaller three-bedroom starter homes are offered in the low 150Ks to large, massive four-to-five bedroom homes equipped with gameroom, media room, today's upgrade features in the high 200Ks and 300Ks depending on features and lot locations. There are many homes located with backyard pond-views nestled within the community.

School children of Plantation Resort attend the Curtsinger Elementary School (Kindergarden through Grade 5), Wester Middle School (Grade 6 through 8) and Centennial High (Grade 9 through 12). In 2006, Curtsinger was awarded the Blue Ribbon School prestigous award. The Blue Ribbon award is the highest honor a school can achieve.

Plantation Resort 1 is bounded by Promise Land, Jereme and Plantation Lane. It includes streets on Amelina, Ashland Belle, Aurora, Belle Chase, Hermitage, Jereme Trail, Lebeau, Ormond, Promise Land and Sunrise Drive. There are approximately 300 homes in Plantation Resort 1 and about 1500 homes in Plantation Resort 2. Fewer homes make the Plantation Resort Lake Brook Farms community with no Homeowners Association Dues......
