After you accept an offer and move towards the closing process, many things will need to be done. The property may need to be formally appraised, surveyed, inspected, and possibly some repairs may be needed per the offers contingencies.Depending upon the specifics reached during the negotiations, you may be responsible for some items and the buyer may be responsible for others.

We will be in constant communication with you, the Buyers for updates on their end and the third party vendors, such as Lenders, Title Companies, etc., ensuring that all conditions and contingencies are completed in a timely manner.  Constant communication during this phase will ensure a successful closing.
