As soon as we receive an offer, we will immediately evaluate all the terms and conditions together. Firstly, we will determine if the buyers are qualified. Then we will look over the contract for sales price and other terms. A high-yield contract for the Seller does not only mean high price. We will make sure that you, the Seller thoroughly understand the contract and what is required of you in return.

Negotiation strategy plays a major role in home sales. This is where our extensive negotiating skills come in to serve you. I am well versed on the intricacies of the contracts used and know what areas should be negotiated, protecting your best interests throughout the bargaining process.
A Real Estate offer is more than simply an offer of price. All details of the eventual sales contract must be addressed in the offer. |

Some of the items on the contract we negotiate:
- Offer Price
- Financing Terms/ Contigencies
- Deposit/ Earnest Amount
- Inspection Rights
- Exclusions & Inclusions - Appliances, Furnishings, etc.
- Possession
- Settlement Date
- Contingencies
- Consessions
Seller's Tip: Always put it in writing. Any verbal offers, counteroffers, or acceptances will be virtually impossible to legally enforce, since it would be nothing more than your word against someone else's. Written offers remove almost all doubt because they cannot become contracts (and therefore binding) until seen by, and accepted through signatures of all parties.
